Enjoy the Springtime in the City! After our group arrives, the day is yours to spend as you please. We will meet at the Patchogue railroad station at 10:15, distribute return tickets and board the train as a group. The train will arrive at Penn Station at 12:12p.m; your return ticket is valid on any train before midnight. You may sign up for one day only. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. You may sign-up a maximum of five persons per library card. There is a fee of $9.50 per person. Children under the age of five travel free.

All levels are welcome to this 6-week series that explores basic asanas or postures. however, this active physical practice is not suitable for: anyone with limited mobility or serious medical conditions; individuals who have had recent surgeries; or pregnant women. The 4:30 class is geared for those with prior yoga experience; 6:15 class is geared toward beginners. Any questions , including those about physical conditions, should be asked of instructor, Lillian at 286-3890, before registering.

Become a master at cake decorating in 3 weeks! Class 1 details cutting, leveling and filling a cake. The next class covers frosting and creating leaves and borders. in class 3, learn about fondant ornaments, buttercream flowers and more borders. Take home a decorated cake in a bakery box each class and receive a set of tips and pastry bags to keep. $15 per person.
