Join Simply Creative Chef Rob Scott as he demonstrates how to make a delicious Spring meal including roasted chicken tacos with Gorgonzola slaw, a corn, tomato, and fresh mozzarella salad, and a banana macaroon chiller for dessert. All will get a taste! $5.

All levels are welcome to this 10 week series that explores basic asanas or postures. however, this active physical practice is not suitable for: anyone with limited mobility or serious medical conditions; individuals who have had recent surgeries; or pregnant women. The 4:30 class is geared for those with prior yoga experience; 6:15 class is geared toward beginners. Any questions, including those about physical conditions, should be asked of instructor, Lillian, at 286-3890 before registering. $70.
