Children’s Programs

Program Policies

  • Registration can be completed online, by telephone or in-person.
  • No telephone registration for the day of June 26th
  • If you are registering your child online please include the name and age of child in the note field.
  • We will hold space for registrants for five minutes from program start unless we receive a call that a child will be late.
  • Please remember to bring your LIBRARY CARD when signing up for programs.

    Grades 3-5.
    Receive a copy of "Mighty Jack" and "Matilda" and have fun in a competition! We'll be competing against kids from Patchogue-Medford Library, and answering questions about two fun books. In order to join, kids must commit to attending at least 3 out of 4 meetings, and MUST be available for the actual Battle on July 27 from 1:30-3:00pm.
